These terms are a placeholder for the Real-Connect prototype. The production service will require explicit client consent for SMS, comply with A2P 10DLC and TCPA, and disclose automated assistance where required.
Real-Connect acts on a realtor's behalf within a fixed set of capabilities and a hard spend cap. The realtor remains responsible for all communications sent from their number.
